Restaurant Lemongrass uses seasonal ingredients and fresh fish from the North Sea. The dinner menu has a refined French character and is perfectly balanced with a carefully curated wine selection. For a special wine experience, the sommelier is on hand to offer advice or serve something unique. Every day, there are 2- and 3-course menus in which the chef incorporates the finest seasonal produce, always in harmony with the wines. A culinary experience where flavour and hospitality come together.

Wine

At Lemongrass, it’s all about the perfect wine experience. The wine list offers a choice of over 700 wines. Are you a Burgundy lover? All Vigo Family restaurants in Europe boast the largest selection of wines from the Louis Jadot estate.

Vigo Family

It all began in 2015 when Hans, together with his sons Cor and Jonathan, opened a restaurant next to the fishmonger’s in Gentsestraat. Thanks to their years of experience in the fish trade, the time between catch and preparation is short and swift. The family acts as its own supplier, meaning that fish caught in the morning is served that very evening. The Vigo Family also includes The Old Jazz, Vigo Seafoodbar, Wine & Seafoodbar AREIA and Vinostra Wine & Oysterbar.

Events

The Vigo Family’s restaurants are also available for meetings and events. The venues are suitable for meetings, corporate drinks receptions, private events or networking gatherings for up to 500 people (depending on the venue). The team is happy to help plan your event and will take care of everything from catering to the atmosphere.
