Founded in 2023, the Arethusa Quartet unites four exciting, internationally renowned musicians with backgrounds both as soloists and in world-renowned chamber groups.
After sharing the stage in countless festivals, Daniel Rowland, Floor Le Coultre, Dana Zemtsov and Maja Bogdanovic developed a deep friendship and bond over their complementary passions and ideals. Ultimately, they decided to create this dynamic and unique group. The quartet combines great imagination, creativity and adventure in their performances. The program will include works by Golijov, Bartok, Zebeljan and Mendelssohn.
