In two flats – one bourgeois, the other boho-chic – Marie and Elisabeth are organising a dinner party. The guests: wealthy bosses, colleagues, real and fake couples, old friends, brothers and sisters…
This small world is entirely preoccupied with its own affairs. In these parallel situations, which unfold behind closed doors, everyone plays a part to make an impression; they come to terms with secrets, unspoken truths and jealousies, and revel in exaggerated provocations that ratchet up the tension…
