The City-Pier-City Run ('CPC Loop') in The Hague is one of the big running races in the Netherlands in which athletes from both national and international associations can participate. There are also a range of distances for recreational runners. So as well as the half marathon, the programme also includes 10 k and 5 k runs. And even the youngest runners can take part in the Children's and Youth races the 'Kinderloop' and 'Jeugdloop'.

It was exactly 200 years ago that Jacobus Pronk built the first bathhouse at Scheveningen, a small wooden construction containing four seawater bathtubs. This made Scheveningen the first seaside resort in the Netherlands. The entire city will be celebrating with festivals, exhibitions and shows, and that’s just for starters.
