Ballet
In the intimate setting of a living room, a layered choreography unfolds in which everyday objects symbolise our foundation. Dancers use furniture as their playing field as they tell a story of connection, emotion and human interaction in a familiar environment.
Safety and security
Enter the world of Home, a breathtaking performance that explores what happens when the familiar foundation of a physical place, person or structure falls away. In Home, ‘the house’ symbolises more than a physical structure of a home. It symbolises stability, safety and security. What happens when that sense of security changes and of necessity gives way to feelings of loss and uncertainty?
In Home, dancers bring the complexity of this experience to life, with the performance showing what it feels like when that stability disappears. At the same time, the dancers explore the space for growth and new possibilities that arise in uncertain times. Home takes you on a journey and makes you think: what does home mean to you?
