Voicing the Freedom - Music for Belarus
This event is dedicated to raising awareness and funds for political prisoners in Belarus and their families. Many of these individuals have been held in complete isolation for over 600 days without any contact with the outside world. The concert sheds light on their invisible struggle and offers crucial support to their loved ones.
The program showcases an inspiring blend of music, dance, and performance. International artists, including pianist Hanna Shybayeva, cimbalom player Nadzeya Karakulka, and dancer Tatsiana “Kupra” Kupreichyk, will perform works by composers such as Piazzolla, Scarlatti, and Neselovskyi. Highlights include the premiere of I Am... 10-18 from 3k+, a collaboration of music and performance art. Maxim Tyminko, media artist, will provide live visual art, adding an extra dimension to the program.
All proceeds from the concert will go directly to supporting political prisoners and their families.
