Danya Pilchen – Ample Space Between
Danya explores the collective experience of time through sound, attempting to transcend individual experiences. In his installation 'Ample Space Between', consisting of resonant objects, double bass, clarinet and electronics, he creates a hybrid acoustic space that explores the connection between time and space.
Ample Space Between' is an interdisciplinary work by Danya, in which a sound installation is combined with compositions for double bass, clarinet and electronics. The installation consists of eight resonating objects and explores how hybrid acoustic spaces can be created by merging the acoustics of different physical spaces.
Experience a fusion of sounds, where the resonating barrels and feedback installations fill the space with slow rhythms, chords and melodies.
The installation can be seen from September 7 to 22 in Trixie, with live performances on September 7, 15, 20 and 22 by musicians from the Kali Ensemble. During these performances, the musicians interact with the objects, creating a unique fusion of instrumental sounds and acoustic feedback.
